Welcome to Social Flies. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Social Flies’ services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Social Flies offers a variety of digital marketing services including but not limited to social media management, website development, Google Ads optimization, and branding solutions. The specific services offered to you will be outlined in a separate contract based on your needs.

3. Payment Terms

All services provided by Social Flies are subject to payment as outlined in your service agreement.

  • Payments must be made promptly as per the schedule defined in your contract.
  • Late payments may result in delayed services, suspension, or additional fees.
  • Social Flies reserves the right to adjust service rates at any time, but you will be notified before any such changes.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and materials necessary for the execution of services. Any delay or failure to provide such information may result in delays in service delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

Any designs, logos, and content created by Social Flies for the client are the property of the client upon full payment. Social Flies retains the right to use these materials in its portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to any third parties unless required by law or agreed upon in writing.

7. Service Limitations

Social Flies makes no guarantees regarding specific results from its marketing services. While we strive for excellence, factors beyond our control may affect campaign performance, including but not limited to platform changes, algorithm updates, and third-party provider issues.

8. Cancellation & Termination

  • Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days’ written notice.
  • If you wish to cancel the services, refunds will only be provided if cancellation occurs before the service work has commenced. In all other cases, payments for services rendered are non-refundable.
  • In cases of breach of contract or non-payment, Social Flies reserves the right to terminate services immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

Social Flies will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability to you will not exceed the total amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Changes to Terms

Social Flies reserves the right to update these terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jharkhand for any disputes.
